Ash emissions began from the vent on the upper eastern flank of Voragine crater at approximately 05:45 UTC. INGV raised the Aviation Color Code from Orange to Red at 06:08 UTC. Emissions intensified further around 06:45 UTC, producing an eruptive cloud about 1.5 km above the summit, drifting south/south-southeast. Volcanic tremor remains in the high range with a steady increasing trend, showing pronounced fluctuations since yesterday.
